Lead paid media strategies at a growing beauty company in Vaughan. As a Senior Manager, you'll connect media investments to measurable business results in a hands-on role.

This is a full time, permanent position with four days in the office and one day remote. You'll be responsible for developing and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube, as well as managing budgets and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will think strategically while executing detailed tactics that drive retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop paid media strategies across multiple digital channels
Plan and optimize full-funnel campaigns according to brand goals
Manage budgets, creative testing, and campaign partnerships




Connect media performance metrics to business outcomes
Evaluate results and investigate influencing factors

Requirements:
5–7+ years in paid media or digital advertising
Solid knowledge of Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube/Google Ads
Ability to create full-funnel strategies with rationale
Experience in consumer brands and retail environments
Robust analytical skills and experience with reporting
