Manage bankruptcy and proposal cases efficiently
Guide clients through current bankruptcy laws and assessments
Supervise staff, delegating responsibilities as needed
Facilitate discussions with debtors and creditors
Build and nurture referral sources for practice growthRequirements:
Fully Licensed Insolvency Trustee; preference for multi-jurisdictional
Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Skilled designation
Comprehensive understanding of insolvency rules
Ability to manage many tasks effectively
Willingness to work evenings and travel as necessary
