Production Coordinator

Position Summary

The Production Coordinator supports daily manufacturing operations by coordinating with Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Materials to ensure work orders progress efficiently and production targets are met. This role manages production transactions, monitors work-in-progress (WIP), resolves manufacturing issues, and maintains accurate data in ERP systems, including Oracle.

Key Responsibilities
Create, prioritize, track, and close production work orders.
Monitor work order status, WIP, and estimated completion dates (ETCs) to support on-time delivery.
Coordinate non-conformance reports (NCRs), rework, engineering changes, outside services, and material requests.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, inventory discrepancies, and manufacturing issues.
Collaborate with Production Control, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Materials teams to remove production barriers.
Maintain accurate production transactions and ERP records.
Investigate recurring issues, perform root cause analysis,



and implement process improvements.

Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, production coordination, or production planning.
Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Knowledge of work order management, WIP tracking, and manufacturing processes.
Robust problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced workplace.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and on-time delivery.
