We’re working with a growing local manufacturing company that produces specialized components for highly regulated industries. They’re looking to add a Shipper/Receiver to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience who is looking to build their skills in a structured manufacturing environment.

What you’ll be doing:

- Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments
- Check part numbers, quantities, and shipping details for accuracy
- Prepare packing slips and other shipping documents
- Receive incoming materials and compare them against purchase orders and packing slips
- Check materials for damage, discrepancies, or missing documentation
- Label and organize materials and move them to the appropriate area
- Enter shipping and receiving information into the inventory system
- Help maintain accurate inventory and material traceability
- Assist with cycle counts and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and protected
- Work closely with inventory, purchasing, production, and quality teams





What we’re looking for:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is an asset
- Manufacturing experience is an asset but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- Able to read and verify basic shipping and receiving documents
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with inventory and learning an ERP/inventory system
- Able to safely operate a pallet jack and other material‑handling equipment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
