Ledcor seeks an experienced Health & Safety Manager with over 10 years in the oil & gas sector. You will conduct inspections, advise on health and safety systems, and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements. This site-based role involves working collaboratively with teams while enhancing Job Hazard Analysis and Safe Work Practice documents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety inspections and discuss potential issues • Advise on Ledcor’s Health and Safety Management System • Monitor compliance with jurisdictional regulations • Assist in developing secure work procedures and audits • Facilitate HS&E; Orientations during onboarding
Requirements: • 10+ years of oil & gas industry experience • Must hold CRSP or NCSO designation • Strong knowledge of construction practices and techniques • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
