You will conduct inspections, advise on health and safety systems, and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements. This site-based role involves working collaboratively with teams while enhancing Job Hazard Analysis and Protected Work Practice documents. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety inspections and discuss potential issues
- Advise on Ledcor’s Health and Safety Management System
- Monitor compliance with jurisdictional regulations
- Assist in developing safe work procedures and audits
- Facilitate HS&E; Orientations during onboarding Requirements:
- 10+ years of oil & gas industry experience
- Must hold CRSP or NCSO designation
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract Lead with expertise in health and safety management to support Ledcor’s commitment to safety excellence.
