This full time position involves 100% travel across construction sites, overseeing operations and ensuring project success.As the Lead Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the execution of CPX projects, collaborating closely with the Construction Manager. Your expertise in wind turbine installation, including conducting Mechanical Walkdowns and managing Turbine Commissioning Crews, will be essential. Mentor and develop your team while overseeing site activities from the first component to project completion.Key Responsibilities:

Plan technicians' daily work schedules
Manage site activities from delivery to handover

Technician III level or comparable experience
