BDO Canada is seeking an Administrative Professional to enhance our Transaction Tax Services team in the Greater Toronto Area. This role focuses on client support through effective communication and organization skills, crucial for our vibrant workplace.

As part of the GTA group, you’ll provide essential support to Transaction Tax Partners, managing calendars, travel bookings, and expense reporting. Your attention to detail will shine as you prepare correspondence, proofread documents, and assist in client onboarding. This collaborative setting values those who help deliver exceptional service through their proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support partners with calendar management and meeting coordination
• Prepare engagement letters and review documents for compliance




• Proof and assemble financial statements and tax returns
• Perform conflict checks and maintain client profiles
• Assist with billing and general office tasks

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in an administrative role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Willingness to work extra hours as needed
