This permanent position operates Monday through Thursday for 40 hours weekly. Key responsibilities include obtaining patterns, assembling components, and following precise moulding procedures in line with foundry practices. You'll utilize hand tools to finish patterns, reinforce moulds, and perform quality checks to ensure the highest standards in production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Obtain patterns and select appropriate flasks and tools
• Assemble and finish component parts using manual techniques
• Strengthen and repair moulds as needed




• Ensure proper pouring direction and mould preparation
• Maintain safety standards and good housekeeping practices

Requirements:
• Knowledge of moulding techniques and sand conditioning
• Skillful use of hand tools and equipment in foundry work
• Ability to lift and manage heavy objects safely
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills
• Previous foundry experience is a plus
