The New Product Introduction Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth launch of products such as heat pumps and EV chargers. With a focus on cross-functional coordination, you’ll manage launch planning and enhance operational processes.Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end product launch plans
Coordinate efforts across multiple teams
Ensure operational readiness with training and SOPs
Run pilot programs for current technologies
Track progress and resolve any blockersRequirements:
5+ years in project management
Large-scale project delivery experience
NPI experience and knowledge of thermodynamics
Robust organizational skills and willingness to travel
