CNL is in search of an S&T; Operational Excellence Specialist to enhance research and laboratory operations. This role supports continuous improvement and operational effectiveness in a cooperative environment.
The selected candidate will collaborate with Science and Technology personnel to identify key issues, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions that strengthen operational performance. You will lead assessments and effectiveness reviews while preparing transparent reports for management decision-making.
Your contributions will directly impact the success of CNL's science and technology programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve operational issues
Lead assessments and support audit activities for program enhancement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes
Prepare actionable reports and presentations for management
Advise and coach staff on research conduct and compliance
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in relevant fields
Experience in assessments, investigations, and recommendations
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
Familiarity with quality management systems
Robust communication and analytical skills
