We are recruiting for multiple Personal Lines Service Broker positions with an established insurance brokerage.

This is a service-focused role supporting existing Personal Lines clients with policy changes, renewals, coverage questions, and day-to-day insurance needs. The team is growing due to a significant portfolio transition and offers opportunities for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities
Service existing Personal Lines clients by phone and email
Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
Handle Auto and Property inquiries
Provide insurance advice and coverage recommendations
Obtain quotes and work with insurance carriers
Assist with claims and payment requests
Maintain accurate client and policy documentation
Support recent business and remarketing opportunities

Requirements
1+ year of insurance experience
Personal Lines experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Ontario Personal Lines insurance
Home & Auto experience
RIBO strongly preferred
OTL candidates may be considered with a commitment to obtain RIBO
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a high-volume service environment

Brokerage experience is preferred, but direct-writer and agency backgrounds will also be considered.

Compensation & Perks




$55,000-$65,000 base salary
20% commission on qualifying new business/remarketing
Monthly performance bonuses
Insurance education/licensing reimbursement

Work Arrangement
Standard hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hybrid options based on location
Fully remote may be considered for candidates farther from the office
