Key Responsibilities:
Establish trusting relationships with managers and employees
Provide People and Performance support to client groups
Coach managers on attendance and performance challenges




Support annual HR programs and workforce planning cycles
Partner with People Relations to resolve employee concerns

Requirements:
Minimum two years experience in HR advisory roles
Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
Solid knowledge of employment law and standards
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or insurance preferred
