Position: Head Chef, full time, permanent
Wage: $34~$36.70 per hour, 30 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Plan food preparation and menu and requisition food and kitchen supplies
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Create food displays for special events and negotiate with clients for special functions.
Supervise activities of cooks
Estimate food requirements, food and labor cost
Ensure and control food and service to meet quality standards

Job Requirement:
3 years of work experience in commercial food preparation
Completion of High School
Able to communicate in English
