Community Living BC is seeking a Facilitator in Prince George. The role is auxiliary/temporary (70 hours bi-weekly) with a hybrid work model (3 days/week in office after probation).
You will work with individuals with developmental disabilities and families to uncover needs, strengths, and goals, turning them into meaningful opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating services, supporting access to funded programs, and collaborating with partners to build person-centred plans.
