Affim is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM) to own the operational health of a strategic alliance portfolio. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure SLA delivery while leading custom integration initiatives and cross-functional projects.
You will mentor junior TAMs, design scalable integration solutions, and partner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap. This remote Canada role offers equity and comprehensive advantages.
