GL Inc. seeks an Environmental, Indigenous & Regulatory Solicitor to join a national law firm handling sophisticated regulatory and transactional matters across Canada, with cross-border work alongside U.S. firms.
You will advise on environmental, Indigenous, and regulatory issues, perform regulatory due diligence, draft and negotiate agreements, and collaborate across offices to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions. 2–5 years’ experience and Alberta Bar admission are preferred.
