Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate transportation and movement of export goods
• Prepare shipping instructions and necessary legal documents
• Communicate with carriers, customs brokers,



and service providers
• Resolve issues and support internal/external customers
• Monitor holds and discrepancies in goods movement

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of experience in export procedures
• Robust operational and analytical skills
• Solid Microsoft Office skills; willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills in English/French
• Familiarity with CargoWise is an asset
