Schlegel Villages is seeking a Human Resources / Labour Relations Partner to join our Support Office. This hybrid, full-time role will work with leaders across the Villages, providing hands-on HR and LR support to thrive in roles and serve teams.
You will be supported by our Sr. Director of Labour Relations and contribute to a cooperative culture focused on partnerships and strong workplace relations.
