The Cook assists in the preparation and execution of dishes while maintaining Jacopo's quality and presentation standards. The role requires close collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure effective and consistent service.

Responsibilities Prepare food according to established recipes and standards
Execute dishes with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail
Complete mise en place prior to service
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff
Participate in kitchen cleanup and closing procedures
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team oriented environment
Qualifications Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or similar setting




Interest in Italian cuisine (an asset)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team oriented, reliable, and punctual
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
