As a Medical Coder you'll evaluate AI coding output against real guidelines and the underlying documentation, and write the assignments a careful auditor would sign off on.

Write prompts that test coding accuracy: Review AI output for wrong or unspecified codes, bad modifiers, missed NCCI edits, and codes the note does not support, and rate the reasoning.





Write the correct coding when the model falls short, tied to the documentation and current guidelines.

Medical Coder (CPC/CCS), Coding Auditor, Medical Billing Specialist.

Hands-on medical coding experience, ideally with a credential such as CPC or CCS.

Fluency across ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS, with coding guidelines and payer edits.

Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
