Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a supportive atmosphere at the Centre
- Assist with the planning of recreational programming
- Encourage participant engagement in all activities
- Coordinate with other staff for seamless operations
- Implement critical incident management plans
Requirements:
- Education in social work or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques
- Experience with homelessness and addiction contexts
- Community resource knowledge for effective referrals
- Bilingualism is an asset
