As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will provide strategic guidance and support to system analysts and specialists. Utilizing your expertise in Time & Attendance, Scheduling systems, and other HR technologies, you will assist in system upgrades and ensure data integrity. Deliver strategic HR guidance to internal teams

- Manage and administer HR systems including UKG Dimensions
- Generate and analyze HR/Scheduling-related reports
- Support system planning and continuous improvements
- Facilitate system upgrades and maintain data accuracy

Post-secondary diploma or degree in relevant field
