As a Compliance Analyst, you will take ownership of key ITGC workstreams, evaluating controls in on-premises and cloud environments. Your contributions will focus on improving automation for evidence collection and testing while working closely with various departments including Engineering and IT. The position also involves interacting with external auditors and promoting compliance improvement initiatives as part of Autodesk’s commitment to financial reporting integrity.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead SOX ITGC program management and audit readiness initiatives • Independently assess effectiveness of IT controls • Serve as a subject matter expert on SOX requirements • Identify and recommend risk-based remediation strategies • Automate evidence collection and control execution processes

Requirements: • 4-5 years of SOX ITGC auditing experience • Strong knowledge of SOX 404 and IT controls • Proven ability to evaluate technical control issues • Experience in evidence collection automation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
