Specialized in financing and management support for SMEs, CAE Drummond is looking for dynamic candidates to fill the following positions:

Main Responsibilities

• Payroll Management: Process payroll with our external partner (no specific payroll software knowledge required).
• Quarterly Reports: Prepare and submit quarterly reports.
• Board of Directors Support: Attend Board of Directors meetings and act as secretary.
• Executive Management Support: Assist the Executive Director with event organization and various administrative tasks.
• Versatility: Handle various day-to-day administrative tasks. Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and economic stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure investment requests and file follow-ups are completed according to commitments made with clients.

  Prepare internal documents and communications with excellent French writing skills.
• Bookkeeping: Prepare financial statements and budget follow-ups in collaboration with management.

Computer Skills: Proficiently uses common computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Acomba (minimum one year of experience), and comfortable with technology.
Language: Proficiency in English is an asset. Excellent written and spoken French skills are required.
