Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join its team.

Your Role Working closely with the lawyers on the team, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing, reviewing and formatting court proceedings, correspondence and other legal documents
Monitoring litigation files, deadlines and calendars
Preparing books of exhibits, proceedings and authorities
Conducting searches in various public registries
Opening, updating and maintaining files
Handling various administrative tasks, including time entries, billing and expense reports
Your Profile Diploma in secretarial studies, paralegal technology or other relevant training
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal assistant,



ideally in civil and commercial litigation
Excellent command of written and spoken French
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of iManage considered an asset
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Autonomy, attention to detail, initiative and a strong team spirit
