Summary of the Job Position

Azrieli Talmud Torah is seeking a Resource Department Coordinator to support student success and oversee learning support services. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating interventions for students with learning difficulties, in collaboration with school administration, teachers, and parents.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support the resource and learning support teaching team

Coordinate student screening and monitoring processes

Collaborate with administration on intervention plans and parent communication

Ensure the implementation of appropriate support strategies

Promote a consistent, inclusive, and collaborative school-wide approach

Qualifications and Required Skills

Knowledge of the training program and understanding of its challenges.

Experience at the elementary or secondary level would be an asset.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.

Robust organizational and efficient planning skills.

Recognized as a dynamic, motivated, and motivating individual.

Sensitivity and openness to the culture and values of our school community.
