Carson Automotive Group in Victoria is seeking a full time Call Centre Receptionist with a friendly, cheerful and outgoing personality. The role will be located at one of our Victoria Dealership locations.
You will professionally answer, qualify, and direct incoming dealership calls, greet customers, and direct visitors to the right staff to ensure a welcoming experience. Prior call centre or reception experience is an asset and flexibility for rotating hours is required.
