Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and organize current business information
• Process documents, including renewals and endorsements
• Enter policy data with a focus on accuracy




• Handle billing inquiries and follow up on requirements
• Assist in general office tasks as needed

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of insurance or underwriting experience
• Strong computer and database management skills
• High school diploma required; further education is a plus
• Bilingual (French and English) is a valued asset
• Candidates pursuing CIP designation are preferred
