Service Agricole Guillet in Napierville is looking for a sales representative to join his team!
As a sales representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and growing our business. You will assist agricultural producers in selecting machinery and equipment tailored to their needs, while representing well-known brands such as Massey Ferguson and Fendt .
Your main tasks will be to : Develop and maintain trusting relationships with existing customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand your sales territory.
Meet with farmers to gain a thorough understanding of their needs.
Advise customers on selecting tractors and farm equipment suited to their operations.
Ensure thorough follow-up with customers throughout the sales process.
Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
Work with the various departments at the branch to provide quality service.
Meet the established sales targets.
Travel regularly throughout the region to meet with clients and develop new business relationships.
You ideally have : A Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP)



in a relevant field.
3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in sales.
Knowledge of the agricultural sector, agricultural machinery, and equipment (a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
An ability to build connections and develop current business relationships.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Autonomy, initiative, and a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency with computer tools.
Excellent teamwork.
A passion for working on the road and being close to your customers.
