Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality and timeliness of room and public space cleanliness
• Coach Room Attendants through auditing and regular feedback
• Maintain BMR Health and Safety standards in all operations




• Lead daily briefings and team meetings for staff
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping or Hotel experience
• Proven leadership with strong conflict management skills
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge is required
• Familiarity with Property Management software is an asset
• Strong communication abilities with staff and guests
