In your position, you will report to the Senior Supervisor, Operations, overseeing dump management aligned with Geotechnical Standard Practices. We seek an effective communicator and team player with robust organizational skills to navigate contending demands and build relationships across all levels. This role follows a challenging 4x4 shift schedule, requiring commitment in fulfilling operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in health and safety programs and policies




• Lead all dump operations while ensuring safety and efficiency
• Visually check dumps and setup monitors for accuracy
• Collaborate with AHS Controllers for load management
• Assess and respond to operating conditions in AOZ

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of open pit mining experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite®
• Knowledge of autonomous haulage systems is a plus
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
