Lead the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform as an Associate Product Owner with BMO. This remote role focuses on supporting the migration to Amazon Connect and enhancing platform performance.

We are looking for an Associate Product Owner - IVR to spearhead the IVR platform's stability, success, and growth within Virtual Connect. Key responsibilities include overseeing the migration to the current CCaaS solution, monitoring platform performance, and implementing improvements for both customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support migration of IVR to Amazon Connect
• Monitor and enhance platform performance regularly
• Develop and deliver product lifecycle from strategy to market
• Engage stakeholders and drive product adoption
• Lead cross-functional teams for product management

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant product management experience
• Strong understanding of InvestorLine business
• Expertise in product development and lifecycle management
• Availability to work Eastern hours
• Willingness to work fully remote
