Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit Data Center Technicians across APAC
• Conduct technical screening interviews for skill assessment




• Build and organize a vetted DCT pool by skill level
• Verify technician credentials and work history
• Coordinate onboarding and facility access for new DCTs

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Ability to assess hands-on datacenter skills
• Knowledge of structured cabling and server racking
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Detail-oriented with database management skills
