CarePartners is seeking a Team Coordinator to ensure effective customer service and communication between patients, families, and staff. The role focuses on scheduling PSWs, nurses, and therapists to meet service delivery standards and perform related administrative tasks in a timely manner.
This temporary full time, 18-month contract is based in the Waterloo office with defined day/afternoon/evening shifts.
