Children Norths Specialized Support Program is seeking a Specialized Support Facilitator.

Do you want to make a positive impact? Join our team! We provide home visits, support, and information to families of children aged 6 to 17 with Treaty status and special needs, helping ensure children have the best opportunities to succeed in school.

Preferred Requirements

Previous experience working in the disability field and supporting families.

MUST have a valid Canadian drivers license and a reliable vehicle.

The successful applicant will be a TEAM PLAYER who also demonstrates:

Solid communication and organizational skills

Openness to new ideas and knowledge

Flexibility and commitment to the position

Preference will be given to community members who have knowledge and understanding of the social needs of the community. Previous experience with Children North programs will also be considered an asset.
