We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to ensure all orders are released on time, support communication between Operations, Purchasing, Sales, Drivers, and 3rd‑party partners, and help maintain smooth workflow across the CDC. This role is key to ensuring timely order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
Order Processing & Workflow Coordination
Confirm that transfers are correctly managed as lotted or non‑lotted items.
Serve as the first point of contact for driver‑related issues (missing info, unreachable contacts, etc.).
Support the Operations Supervisor in investigating inventory issues.
Assist with printing and managing all label inventory.
Continuous Improvement
~ Experience in warehouse, logistics, or order management is an asset.
