You will be joining a market leader with over 40 years of experience to help you elevate your potential.

We house the largest inventory to better service our customers and deliver on sales commitments.
The Counter staff is responsible for picking customer orders, packing orders onto the skid for shipment, loading/unloading trucks, looking after all customers that come in and entering orders into the system. They are also responsible for any other duties assigned to them by the management

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
Responsible for handling customer service requests which include order picking, order entry, pricing, order maintenance etc.
Assist and support Account Managers with customer orders and requests
Responsible for quoting customers
Deal with product-related problems that customers may have, such as defective products and the return of products
Responsible for spec products for customers
Responsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by management

2-4 years experience working in the electrical industry or equivalent knowledge

- Excellent written communication skills and professional phone manners
- Must be willing to be Forklift trained
