Inspections and Data. Inspections & Property Operations Designing mobile and web workflows that help property teams plan, complete, and act on inspections across large multifamily portfolios. This includes efficient field data capture, photos, findings, follow-up work, quality assurance, and coordination across roles and properties.

Data, Reporting & Insights Designing dashboards, reports, analytics, and data exploration experiences that help operators understand performance, identify risks and opportunities, and make confident decisions. This includes turning complex property and portfolio data into clear, actionable insights.

Own a product area fully: discovery, design, delivery, analysis, iteration

Work backwards from real customer problems and translate complexity into clear, scalable solutions

Make field workflows and data-dense, information-rich interfaces easy to use across mobile and web

Design dashboards, reporting, and AI-assisted experiences that turn operational data into useful action

Run lightweight research, synthesize insights, and act as the evidence-backed voice for the customer

Champion our design system, contribute to craft standards, and raise the bar in every critique

5-8 years shipping web-based SaaS or enterprise products at scale

- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership with real shipped work, including AI-assisted experiences
- Background in complex domains: field operations, inspections, analytics, reporting, workflow tooling, or similar
