Key Responsibilities: • Lead planning and execution of major project pursuits • Coordinate between estimating, operations,
and executive teams • Facilitate win strategy workshops and alignment meetings • Develop and maintain pursuit schedules and action logs • Identify risks and solutions throughout the pursuit process
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • Minimum five years in pursuit and proposal leadership • Strong knowledge of procurement and delivery processes • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficient with project management tools and methodologies
