Farm Boy is seeking a hands-on Department Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional fresh food and service. You’ll train, coach, and coordinate a team while ensuring strong customer engagement and operational excellence across the department.
Responsibilities include inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and maintaining health and safety standards in a fast-paced store workplace in Barrie, Ontario. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
