Ideal candidates have robust laboratory experience, including proficiency in operating equipment and understanding safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform ECGs and venipuncture on patients
• Manage and process laboratory specimens accurately
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Document procedures using hospital information systems
• Train new staff in laboratory protocols

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or recognized equivalent
• Post-secondary Laboratory Technician or Assistant certification
• Minimum one year of experience in laboratory settings
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and operation
• Effective communication skills required
