This full time, temporary position offers the chance to make a real difference by developing trusting relationships through outreach visits and crisis intervention. As part of our community-oriented team, you will work across various settings, including urban areas and encampments. Your efforts will support client goal discovery and advocate for their needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships through frequent outreach visits
• Provide emergency interventions and conflict resolution




• Research community resources for client advocacy
• Support program setup, teardown, and evaluation
• Document outreach interactions for reporting

Requirements:
• High school diploma; college diploma in social services is an asset
• Minimum two years related experience
• Skilled in mental health first aid and trauma-informed care
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
• Police information check and first aid certification
