Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and care
- Greet customers warmly, taking their orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food preparation and service areas
- Assist with food handling and preparation tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards
- Support team members by sharing responsibilities for serving, food prep,



and ensuring a welcoming environment

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or as a barista is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and transaction processing
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous but training will be provided
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Commitment to food safety practices, including proper food handling and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour
