Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct operator certification and safety training for customers
• Publish training schedules every three months




• Provide private classes at customer sites and branch locations
• Complete training records promptly in SBR systems
• Issue customer wallet cards within 24 hours of completion

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Heavy equipment certification required
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and adult learning methods
• Proficient in MS Office products
