As a Mid-level specialist, you'll be integral to our team, tackling tier 1 and tier 2 support issues across various platforms. Your role will involve using Claude Code to create scripts and automations, enhancing overall efficiency. You'll have the opportunity to diagnose problems, review AI-generated replies, and implement fixes that improve our support operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write scripts and automations using Claude Code daily
• Resolve Windows and macOS support issues
• Review and correct AI-drafted responses
• Create and manage user accounts in Entra ID
• Propose solutions for repeat issues and document processes

Requirements:
• Solid passion for technology and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Microsoft 365
• Proficiency in PowerShell or Python scripting
• Familiarity with using AI coding tools
• Ability to work in a startup environment
