Our client is a health and wellness platform built on expert human judgment rather than generic AI. The app pairs members with guides created by leading experts across neuroscience, nutrition, longevity, and human performance, turning decades of specialized knowledge into personalized, everyday guidance.

For members, the product delivers clarity and confidence in the health decisions that matter most. For the experts behind it, it is a way to scale their life's work while retaining ownership of what they have built.

This role owns acquisition end to end — from the first ad click through install, signup, and activation. You will run paid, email, and unconventional growth tactics, write the copy yourself, build the landing pages yourself, and hold a disciplined testing and measurement bar in a privacy-first attribution world. The outside acquisition work comes in house and becomes yours to own.

This is an in office role in Old Montreal. It is not a fit if you need remote work, if you lean on multi-touch attribution tools to tell the story, or if you would rather present a dashboard than read the data yourself.

You will:

Own acquisition across paid media, email, and guerrilla tactics, from click through to activation

Write the copy for ads, emails, and landing pages, and build the paid landing pages yourself





Design creative tests that change one variable at a time and run to a real sample size

Track and drive down cost per install, signup, and activation inside a privacy-first measurement setup

Own App Store optimization

Work with product on the install-to-activation handoff

Set monthly activated-user targets and hit them at an agreed payback period

Must Have Skills:

A track record owning consumer product acquisition across paid and organic channels, with the numbers to show for it

Hands-on across paid media, email, and lower-cost growth tactics — not only a single-channel specialist

Strong copywriter across ads, email, and landing pages

Fluent in Meta and comparable ad platforms

Working knowledge of server-side attribution and conversion APIs

Able to speak plainly about what the data can and cannot tell you

Based in Greater Montreal and able to work on site in Old Montreal

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience marketing habit-forming consumer products in health, wellness, fitness, or learning

Comfortable building and shipping landing pages without waiting on engineering

A background that blends performance marketing with brand and content — able to create original copy and visual direction when needed
