The Manager, Student Housing position is a full time continuing role within the Office of the Deputy Provost. You'll oversee residence partnerships and ensure effective student engagement, aligning housing strategies with institutional priorities. A key aspect is fostering an inclusive atmosphere that enhances student experiences, enhances responsibility in operations, and drives community-building efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee residence partnerships and housing contracts
• Develop inclusive student housing experiences




• Ensure communication between residence life and campus services
• Manage occupancy planning and billing processes
• Lead external engagement initiatives for student housing
Requirements:
• Honours degree in a relevant field
• 5-7 years in student housing or student affairs
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Understanding of Ontario housing market
• Experience managing third-party service contracts
