As Site Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day construction activities and work closely with the Project Manager, trades, consultants, and suppliers to keep the project moving safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities will include

- Manage daily site operations on a multifamily residential project.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades.
- Oversee construction scheduling, sequencing, quality, and site safety.
- Manage structural scopes and ensure coordination between the parkade and residential levels.
- Review drawings and identify potential site or constructability issues.
- Coordinate inspections, consultants, deliveries, and trade schedules.
- Monitor progress against the construction schedule and resolve delays.
- Manage deficiencies and support the project through completion and turnover.

What You’ll Need to Succeed





- Previous experience as a Site Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on multifamily projects.
- Strong multifamily residential construction experience is required.
- Parkade experience is a key requirement, ideally including concrete parkade construction and transitioning into the residential structure above.
- Good understanding of structural concrete, formwork, reinforcing steel, waterproofing, and trade sequencing.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong trade management and scheduling experience.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and maintaining project timelines.
