The Position Reporting to Senior Marketing Manager, Civil, this role is responsible for developing and executing segment-focused marketing strategies that support pipeline growth, solution positioning, customer engagement, and sales enablement across global markets.
Work with Segment Marketing and product experts to design go-to-market plans and marketing campaigns.
Establish, maintain, and refine scalable marketing processes and best practices.
Support marketing objectives, KPIs, reporting, and performance-based spend allocation.
Deliver multi-channel campaigns across the customer journey from awareness to adoption.
Implement go-to-market plans aligned to commercial objectives and marketing best practice.
Assess campaign performance and recommend optimizations to support revenue targets.
Collaborate with product, brand, digital, regional, and operations marketing teams.
Lead market research initiatives to generate industry insights and strengthen thought leadership.
5+ years of demand generation experience in B2B software or services.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience designing and executing multi-channel B2B technology marketing campaigns with strong growth outcomes.
- Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on program execution.




- Strong partnership skills with sales organizations and customer-focused teams.
- Advanced experience with marketing technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce, ABM tools, ad tech, and video marketing platforms.
- Experience in digital marketing disciplines including PPC, SEO, content marketing, and organic social media.

This is an office-based position located in Vancouver, BC, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. There may be a requirement, from time to time, to travel and attend meetings outside of standard work hours in order to connect with colleagues in different time zones.
